2. Free Shipping on all orders over HK$400
With purchases of HK$400 or above, you can enjoy free single location delivery service. If the purchase amount is less than HK$399.99, the delivery service fee is HK$80.
3. Delivery service is limited to
a. Monday to Friday, no services on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday
b. There are places that provide elevator services can be reached directly
c. The service does not include moving goods to indoors
d. Delivery service is temporarily not available in the following areas:
-Airport, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung and Outlying Islands
-Any restricted area or areas where trucks are prohibited
4. If you have any special needs, please list them in the "Special Delivery" request column. The service department will contact you to discuss the feasibility and make appropriate arrangements.
5. If there is any change to the delivery address or delivery period after the order is placed, please notify us immediately.
Our company’s door-to-door service does not include the transportation of goods to the house, so if the goods in the house are damaged during the transportation, the company will not be liable and compensate for any loss or damage
6. Special arrangements affected by inclement weather
When the gale signal is hoisted and the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or if we judge that the delivery is unsafe, the delivery service will be postponed and the company will contact you to change the delivery date.
In the event of any disputes, Beyond Compare Limited reserves for right of the final decision.

2. 購物滿HK$400免運費
購物滿HK$400或以上，即可享免費單一地點送貨服務。如購物金額低於HK$399.99，送貨服務費HK$80。
3. 送貨服務只限於
a. 星期一至五
b. 星期六、日及公眾假期不設送遞服務
c. 有提供可直接到達的升降機服務的地點
d. 服務並不包括將貨品搬運至室內
e. 以下地區暫不提供送貨服務：
- 機場，馬灣，愉景灣，東涌及離島區
- 任何管制區域或及禁止貨車進入的地區
4. 如有任何特別需要，請於「特別送貨」要求一欄中列明。服務部會聯絡閣下商議可行性並作適當安排。
5. 下單後送貨地址或送貨時段如有任何變更，請即時通知我們。
本公司送貨上門服務並不包括將貨品搬運至屋內，因此如在搬運期間引致屋內物品損壞本公司不會對任何損失或損壞承擔責任及賠償
6. 受惡劣天氣影響之特別安排
當烈風訊號懸掛，紅色或黑色暴雨警告生效時，或我們判斷為進行送貨並不安全的天氣情況下，送貨服務將會延期，本公司將會聯絡閣下更改送貨日期。
如有任何爭議，Beyond Compare Limited 保留最終決定權。
