Delivery Policy

1. Store pick up

• COOK BEYOND - Room E, 12 Floor, Luk Hop Industrial Building, 8 Luk Hop Street, San Po Kong

 

Please choose "Pickup" and note the location on the Shopping Cart Page.

2. Free Shipping on all orders over HK$1,500

Delivery Fee HK$250 per location (at roadside). Free delivery on purchases over HK$1,500 per order.

 

• Delivery service is available for most of the districts in Hong Kong, but excluding :

1. Delivery Service excluding below areas: any restricted areas, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau, Mai Po, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Mui Wo, Tai O/Big Wave Bay, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and any Outer Islands.

2. If customers cannot provide a deliverable address, we, Cook Beyond, reserve the right to cancel the order and arrange a refund, and charge an additional handling fee of HKD 100. 

3. Delivery to Tung Chung area requires reservation 10 days in advance.

• 3-day advance for catering order if required.  Any orders received after 3pm will be considered as next day order.

In the event of any disputes, Beyond Compare Limited reserves the right to the final decision.

請在購物車選"Pickup"，並註明自取地點。

 

2. 訂購滿HK$1,500免運費

送貨費用 HK$250 單一地址 (樓下交收)。訂購滿 HK$1,500 可享免運費。

 

• 送貨服務適用於香港大部分市區地點，但不包括部份偏遠地區。 

1. 無法提供送貨服務的區域包括：羅湖、落馬洲禁區、米埔、文錦渡、打鼓嶺、塔門、梅窩、蒲台島、大澳/大浪灣、東龍島、東平洲、坪洲、南丫島、長洲、貝澳、大浪灣、禁區、愉景灣及馬灣。

2. 假如送貨地址屬於無法提供送貨服務的區域（如 a項 所列），亦未能提供其他地址而導致無法送貨，我們有權取消訂單及安排退款，並收取額外100 港元的手續費。

3. 東涌之送貨服務需要提前10天預約。
