Refund Policy

Refund Policy

For products purchased at Taste Beyond Online, you can request for return and replacement of goods if the following conditions occur within 3 days upon your receipt of the goods:

-      Incomplete packaging

-      Quality problems

-      Missing or incorrect delivery of products

However, return or replacement of goods will not be accepted for the following conditions:

-      Goods have been received for more than 3 days.

-      Goods have been opened or eaten(for example, packaging tape or box has been torn).

-      Discounted, clearance or special offer items with indication of being non-returnable.

-      Free-of-charge or giveaway items.

-      Failure to meet personal preferences after use by customers

-      Products purchased at Taste Beyond retail store.

How to Refund

The customer will be requested to send the photo to order@tastebeyond.com for record. The request for refund will not be processed unless we receive the photo for record. 

 

Returns are generally processed between 7-10 business days from receipt, and you will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Refund will be issued to the original payment method of your order.

 

In the event of any disputes, Beyond Compare Limited reserves the right of the final decision.

退換貨政策

所有在Taste Beyond Online購買的產品,如閣下於收貨後3天內發現產品出現以下情況,可向我們要求退貨及更換產品。

- 包裝不完整

- 出現品質問題

- 遺漏或錯誤送遞產品

 

惟以下情況或產品恕不接受退貨或更換服務:

- 產品收貨期已超過3天。

- 產品已經開封或曾被食用(例如包裝膠紙或盒被撕去)。

- 任何顯示不接受退貨的折扣產品、清貨產品或特賣產品。

- 任何免費或贈品。

- 客戶使用後未能符合個人喜好

- 任何於Taste Beyond 門市購買之產品。

​如何退款

您需要拍下有問題之產品,並電郵至 order@tastebeyond.com 與我們聯繫。

退貨通常在收回貨品後 7-10 個工作日內處理,一旦您的退貨處理完畢,您將收到一封電子郵件確認,退款將退回到您訂單的原始付款方式。

 

如有任何爭議,Beyond Compare Limited保留最終決定權。
